We are a family run
business, which we have built up over the past eleven years.
Initially, we
started with one 13 seater Mazda minibus, which we added to, and then replaced.
We now have seven PCV international licences, with modern vehicles ranging
from nine to 29 seats, all fitted with seat belts and the majority have
air conditioning, along with three large trailers to cater for luggage on
airport transfers, golf clubs and any other equipment you may be taking
with you on your journey.
In 1997, we invested in a dedicated computerised
'Coach and Bus' booking system, which ensures that all bookings are confirmed
by letter, allocated and work ticketed to each driver then invoiced prior
to or on completion of the hire.
In 1999, we joined the Confederation of
Passenger Transport who keep us informed of relevant legislation by newsletter
and e-mail.
We have many regular private and business clients, who have been
with us since the beginning and we pride ourselves on running an efficient
service to ensure they stay with us.
Our business is mainly private hire,
consisting of weddings, receptions, airport, seaport and station transfers,
day trips and excursions, business trips, golfing days, theatre and restaurant
trips to London, small tours and day trips to France and Belgium.
As no two
journeys are the same we do not have a price list, costs are calculated
on time and mileage, which we have found to be a more competitive way of
doing things.
Based at Crown Woods Service Station, our vehicles and trailers
have regular safety checks and are serviced on site by our resident mechanic.
Our
experienced drivers all hold full PCV licences, wear smart trousers, a shirt
and tie, are professional, courteous and helpful.
